1. Acceptance

By using the Kibbe Body Type app or kibbestyle.com, you agree to these Terms. App Store purchases are also governed by Apple’s standard End User License Agreement (EULA) and the App Store Terms of Service.

2. What KibbeStyle is

Kibbe Style provides educational style and body-type guidance based on the Kibbe system. Results are for personal, informational use and are not professional, medical, or psychological advice.

3. Credits and purchases

Some features use credits, which may be granted free or purchased. Purchases and any subscriptions are billed through your Apple account and are subject to Apple’s refund and cancellation policies. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, reverse-engineer it, or use it unlawfully.

5. Intellectual property

The KibbeStyle name, app, and content are owned by Kibbe Style. The Kibbe Body Type system was created by David Kibbe; KibbeStyle is not affiliated with or endorsed by him.

6. Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kibbe Style is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of it.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
