Is Kibbe based on weight or body shape?
No. Kibbe is about your overall Yin/Yang essence — your bone structure and proportion — not your weight, height or dress size. Two people of very different sizes can share the same Kibbe type.
How is Kibbe different from other body-type systems?
Most systems (hourglass, pear, apple) only describe where you carry weight. Kibbe reads your whole vertical line and bone structure, which is why it gives styling advice that actually works — it tells you which lines and silhouettes harmonise with your frame.
