At Kibbe Style (“we”, “us”), privacy isn’t an afterthought — it’s a design principle. This policy explains, in plain language, what the Kibbe Body Type app and this website do and do not collect. The short version: your photos never leave your phone, photo analysis runs entirely on your device, and you don’t need an account to get your result.

1. Our privacy principles

• On-device by default. Photo-based analysis is processed locally on your device. Your photos are never uploaded to us or anyone else.
• No personal login. You can take the test and get your result without creating an account or giving us your name or email.
• Data minimization. We collect as little as possible, and we never sell your data.

2. Photos and photo analysis

The optional photo-analysis feature uses your device’s built-in, on-device vision capabilities to estimate body proportions. This processing happens entirely on your phone. Your photos and any data derived from them:

• are never transmitted to our servers or to any third party;
• are not used to train any model;
• remain under your control on your device, and you can delete them at any time.

3. Information the app handles

To run the app and its credit-based features, the following may be processed:

• Quiz answers & results. Stored on your device to show your result and history. You can clear them at any time.
• An anonymous identifier. If enabled, the app may create an anonymous account (no name, email, or password) solely to keep track of your credit balance across sessions. It is not linked to your real-world identity.
• Purchases & credits. If you buy credits or a subscription, the transaction is handled by Apple’s App Store and our purchase provider. We receive a record that a purchase occurred and the resulting credit balance — never your full payment details.

4. Information this website handles

kibbestyle.com is a simple informational site. We use privacy-friendly, aggregate analytics that do not use tracking cookies and do not identify you individually. If you email us, we receive the message and your email address only to reply.

5. Third-party services

We rely on a small number of reputable providers, each with its own privacy policy:

• Apple — app distribution and in-app purchases.
• Google Firebase — anonymous authentication and storage of your credit ledger (no personal profile).
• RevenueCat — managing purchases and subscription status.
• Cloudflare — hosting and privacy-friendly analytics for this website.

We do not share your information with advertisers, and we do not sell personal data.

6. Data retention and deletion

On-device data (quiz results, history, photos) stays until you delete it or uninstall the app. Any anonymous credit record is kept only as long as needed to provide your purchased credits. To request deletion of any anonymous record associated with your purchases, contact us at the address below.

7. Children’s privacy

Kibbe Body Type is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region), and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data. Because we hold little to no personal data, most requests can be satisfied by clearing data on your device. For anything else, email us and we’ll help.

9. Changes to this policy

If we make material changes, we’ll update this page and revise the “Effective” date above.
